All of our products are only produced after the payment is successful. It will take 3-5 business days (from February to October) and 3-7 business days (from November to January) to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship orders on the same day. Please allow up to 5 – 7 business days on average for orders to process (if you order on Monday, your order should in most cases ship out on Friday).
It is noted that your order processing time can be affected if initial information provided to us is insufficient or incorrect such as inaccurate or incomplete payment; incorrect address information and insufficient product measurements. We seek your understanding and support if it is the case.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME
Here is an estimate of the shipping times and the corresponding shipping charges. Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times.

***At the moment, all Fashionoria Store’s products are typically shipped from one of our overseas facilities, so please allow up to 3-4 weeks to receive your purchase(s), though we’ve been seeing much quicker shipping times recently. Shipping time is typically dependent on how long customs takes, which can vary from country to country.
For items that ship from our overseas supplier, there’s typically a delay in tracking information being updated from the time the package enters USPS facilities in China to the time it’s processed at USPS facilities in the US. This usually takes between 2-7 days on average, although it can take as long as 8-12 days. ***
Sometimes shipping times vary due to circumstances outside of our control, such as:
- IR Disputes/Strikes
- Weather
- Time of Year (e.g. Holiday Season)
- Large or Bulky Items
- Shipping Provider Error
If any of the above scenarios occur with your package we promise to keep you well informed with as much information that is available to us.
RISK-FREE SHOPPING:
If for whatever reason your goods don’t arrive within 60 days, you will be refunded in FULL for that item. - Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.
- Request your Return Authorization Number and by emailing [email protected] with a detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval you will receive the RA# and the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.
- To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
- Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
